Partner Tutorial: Managing Service Content & Translations¶
This tutorial guides you through the process of managing your service descriptions and translations using the AI-augmented content workflow in the Partner Console.
1. Accessing Content Management¶
- Log in to the Partner Console.
- Navigate to Services in the sidebar.
- Click the Edit icon (pencil) next to the service you want to manage.
- Select the Content tab.
2. Creating or Updating a Revision¶
The system uses a versioned workflow. To change your content, you must create or edit a Draft.
- Select a Field: Choose the field you want to edit (e.g.,
DescriptionorShort Description). - Original Text: Enter your content in the language you are most comfortable with (the "Original Language"). This text serves as the source for all AI improvements and translations.
- AI Actions: Choose what you want the platform's AI to do for you:
- Translate: Automatically generate versions in all supported languages (Portuguese, English, Spanish).
- Enhance: Improve the style and tone of your text.
- Sanitize: Ensure the content meets safety and moderation standards.
- Summarize: Create a shorter version of the content.
- Partner Note: (Optional) Add a message for the platform Administrator explaining your changes or specific requirements.
3. Saving and Submitting¶
- Save Draft: Saves your progress without notifying the Administrator. Use this if you are not finished yet.
- Request Publication: Submits your revision to the Administrator. This notifies the Admin that you want your content processed and published.
4. Reviewing AI Results¶
Once the Administrator triggers the AI processing, you will see the generated versions in the Translated Variants section.
- Check the status. When it reaches Awaiting Partner Approval, you must review the results.
- Review each language tab (PT, EN, ES).
- If everything looks correct, click Approve.
- If you want to make manual adjustments to the AI-generated text, you can edit the Final Text field for that specific language and save.
5. Publication¶
After both you and the Administrator have approved the revision, the status will change to Published. At this point, the new content will be visible on the public website (public-fo) in all supported languages.
Status Definitions¶
- Draft: Your work in progress.
- Awaiting Admin Actions: You have requested publication; waiting for the Admin to trigger AI or review.
- Processing AI: The AI is currently generating translations and enhancements.
- Awaiting Partner Approval: AI is done; you need to review and approve the results.
- Awaiting Admin Approval: You have approved; waiting for the final Admin sign-off.
- Published: Content is live on the platform.
