Managing Service Availability

This guide explains how to use the new Availability Templates system to manage your service schedules efficiently.

Core Concepts

1. Templates

Instead of editing every service individually, you now create Templates. A template represents a schedule pattern, for example: * Standard Workweek (Mon-Fri, 9am - 5pm) * Summer High Season (Every day, 8am - 8pm) * Winter Weekends (Sat-Sun only)

2. Service Binding

Once you have a template, you Link your services to it. If you change the template (e.g., extend hours), all linked services update automatically.

Step-by-Step Guide

Creating a Template

  1. Go to the Calendars tab in your Partner Dashboard.
  2. Click Create Calendar.
  3. Give it a name (e.g., "Jeep Tours 2024").
  4. Add Rules:
    • Click "Add Rule".
    • Select Type: AVAILABLE (for open hours) or UNAVAILABLE (for recurring closures).
    • Select Frequency: e.g., WEEKLY.
    • Select Days: e.g., Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
    • Set Time Range: 09:00 to 12:00.
  5. Click Save.

  1. Go to Services and click on a service.
  2. Navigate to the Availability tab.
